Will I receive an order confirmation?

If you place an order or donate online, you will receive an electronic confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk mail folder.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All items are shipped at the best value rates available through major carriers, including USPS, UPS, and/ or FedEx. Please note that our staff ‘s priority is to provide world-class education and outreach programs, so our thank you gifts and fulfillment items may take slightly longer to process. Please allow up to 21 business days for shipping in the US. We are sorry, but at this time we are unable to accept international orders.

Is my donation tax deductible?

The foundation is proud to offer a wide assortment of gift items for sale. However, the only items that may be tax deductible are direct donations and Instant Thank You Gifts.  The level of tax-deductibility depends on whether or not a free gift was selected and the amount donated. Please refer to the mailed acknowledgment letter following your donation to determine how much of your gift is tax-deductible.

Can I cancel or return my order?

In an effort to provide the best and most efficient service possible, we process all orders immediately after they are submitted and we cannot accept cancellations or returns. As a charity offering fundraising gift products, we are not set up to handle issues that a retail company may normally be able to handle. Therefore, we respectfully ask you to consider your purchase carefully before completing your transaction. We are unable to make any cancellations and/or changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding on this matter.
